I take securing your privacy and confidentiality seriously. We have built and perfected state-of-the-art technology and infrastructure with one thing in mind: protecting your privacy and safeguarding the information you provide to your counselor and to us. Our confidentiality and security standards are by far more advanced than what is required by law or regulations to ensure that you can feel safe and comfortable. 
In order to provide the most professional, convenient, and streamline service to my clients, please register online with the OrthoPraxis Counseling, Inc -Online Secure Client Portal.

Once you have transferred to the portal, follow the prompts for registration by setting up a Username and Password. Upon entering the Secure Online Client Area, please complete the electronic registration and make yourself familiar with the custom tailored premium features included within the portal. 

Existing clients may continue to use this to enter the portal or simply choose to click Login button directly from my website,

Within the Secure Client Area, you will be able to view and complete necessary paperwork by clicking on the Forms Icon. If you are a new client, please read carefully, electronically complete and sign the following forms:

 Intake Form 
  • Office Policies & Informed Consent for Psychotherapy Services Form
  • Intake Form 
  • Confidentiality for Clients
  • Couple Informed Consent Forms (when applicable)
  • Consent For Treatment of Minor
  • Group Therapy Consent Form (when applicable)
  • Release of Information (when applicable)

This Secure Portal is the interface which will expedite and secure all correspondences to include services  E-Therapy Video and Chat, once determined by both client and Therapist,  Email, Intake Forms and other Documentation, Office Information, and even a private Journal for you.
