Although we live the world riddle with disappointment and challenges we all have untapped hidden potential. Stepping out despite your weakness or inexperience will provide a most valuable tool it will change how you approach challenges in your life. This is faith, the gap between ability and  accomplishment.

Navigating life's stressors, overcoming relationship challenges and regaining a sense of hope are obstacles we can confront together. The most important relationship you have is with yourself, which determines the quality of the relationships you have with others and affects your overall quality of life. In a non-judgmental environment, you can feel safe discussing any topic of concern. 

Bringing respect and warmth to the relationship, I will support you in overcoming adversity, decreasing  depression/anxiety and in becoming the person you long to be.
     
Together we will recognize and address harmful patterns of behavior and replace them with new, healthier ones. Through increased awareness gained in therapy, new insights arise, a sense of empowerment develops and an overall life satisfaction emerges.
